    No but we will write a gift note.

    For Beaded Bracelets returns are only accepted if damaged during shipment with all pieces returned with a picture of the package. No returns No refunds. Please note each package is given a tracking number and a option to purchase insurance.We suggest you choose the insurance in case the postal service loss or damage your package they will reimburse you. If you choose no insurance and your package is lost do to the Post Office or theft. We will not be held responsible for your order! Once Velvet Touch Jewelry ship your package and send your tracking number it is no longer our responsibility! Please check your email for you tracking information.   • What is the processing and shipping time?
    For in stock non- custom orders the processing time is 3 to 7 days. Custom orders are processed and shipped between 3 to 18 days. Rush Order shipping Same or Next day is the post office shipping fee of 28.00 plus a rush fee of 15.00. US Postal Service is our main source of shipping. You have the option to Insure your package we suggest you pay the cost to ensure your package in case loss, theft or damage .
